Important: Or Torah is a tool to help you access God's Word more effectively. It is not a replacement for God, pastoral guidance, church community, or your personal relationship with the Divine. All recommendations should be considered prayerfully and in consultation with trusted spiritual advisors.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Biblical texts are in the public domain. AI-generated recommendations and the Service's unique presentation of Scripture are proprietary to Divitiae Innovations.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divitiae Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
